      Wedgeport: We announce the death of Chester Louis Atkinson, native of Comeau's Hill, occurred on Friday, May 24th following an accident involving a pedestrian and a car in Wedgeport at the age of 65. He was the son of the late Russell Atkinson and Philomène DeViller. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 6505, in Wedgeport. He leaves to mourn, other than his wife, Rose Marie LeBlanc, a daughter, Karen Surette of Wedgeport; two sons, Ricky of Charlottetown and Chris of Wedgeport; his step-mother, Jennie of Nakile Home in Glenwood; as well as two brothers, Owen of Wedgeport and Felton of Plymouth; five sisters, Rose Marie Surette and Rose Emma Nickerson of Wedgeport, Corinne (Mrs. Gerald MacKenzie) of Raynardton and Leonora (Mrs. Henry d'Entremont) and Agnes Jamieson of Pubnico and four grandchildren.
