    • STAFFORD (Snelgrove), Audrey - Passed peacefully away on April 4, 2009 after a courageous battle with cancer, Audrey Stafford. Predeceased by her husband Robin Stafford April 25, 1989. Left to mourn with loving and fantastic memories are her three daughters and two sons. Beverly Easton (Gordon), Wanda Stafford (Gerry Pratt), Deborah Husk (Kevin), Carlz Stafford (Ruth Ralph), Robert Stafford (Barbara Lawlor). Known as Nan to family and friends alike, Nan will be missed by her nine grandchildren and five great- grandchildren. Grandchildren: Todd and Robin Snelgrove; Laura Leigh Stafford; Carl Stafford (Andrea Paton); Andrea Halley; Glenda Bourgeois (Mark); Gerry Stafford (Nicole Collins); Peggy Stafford (Sean Collins); Christopher Husk (Amy Barnes). Great-grandchildren Brooke Stafford-Hillier; Jacore Halley, Ethan Cole and Noah Bourgeois. Also left to mourn are her three sisters; Mary Hertal (Herbert), in Hanover, Pa.; Jean Evans (Jerry) in New Jersey, and Anita Morrissey (Mike) in Florida. Audrey was predeceased by two brothers and one sister and sister-in-law; Thomas Snelgrove and Ronald Snelgrove (dear sister in law Margaret Snelgrove (Carney); Betty Moyer (Jimmy)). Aunt Aud leaves behind a large circle of nephews, nieces and friends who will miss her dearly. The Stafford family would like to take this opportunity to thank all the nursing staff and doctors on 4 North A of the Health Sciences Complex for their exceptional care and in making Nan's last hours extremely comfortable. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held in her honour on Tuesday April 7, 2009 at 2 p.m. Barrrett's Funeral Home, Commonwealth Avenue Mount Pearl. Private interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers it would be appreciated if donations in her memory could be made to either the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre or Daffodil Place.
