  Delores W. Pappas, 90, Owosso, died July 14, 2011. Visitation was held July 17 at Steuernol and McLaren Funeral Home, West Branch. A funeral service was held at 11 a.m. July 18 at the funeral home with Pastor Dan Stoneback officiating. Burial will be at Brookside Cemetery. She was born May 7, 1921 to Clinton and Addlita (Edick) Ostrander. She had lived in Owosso since 1998, formerly of West Branch and spent time in Roscommon County during the 1960s and early ?70s. She and her husband, Edward Pappas, owned and operated White Spot Restaurant for 30 years. She worked for Taylor Door until her retirement in 1986 and was also a past member of the Moose Lodge of Skidway Lake. She especially loved the Lord, spending time with children and gardening. Preceding her in death were her husband, Edward; son, James Pappas, son-in-law, Paul Gaudette; her parents; three brothers and four sisters. Surviving are her sons, Chris Pappas of Midland and George (Lorraine) Pappas of Prudenville; daughters, Victoria Gaudette of Owosso and Frances (William) Nicholas of Detroit; daughter-in-law, Neoma Pappas; grandchildren, Darcee, Kristy, Edward, Christopher, Chad, Paul, Dawn, Rebecca, Michael, David, Nancy, Jamie, Sue, Paul and Helen and many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Steuernol and McLaren Funeral Home, West Branch, handled the arrangements.
