    NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH - Alice Fiske, 99, of North Washington St. died Thursday, November 25, 2004 in the Madonna Manor Nursing Home, North Attleborough. She was the wife of the late Leon Fiske.

    Born October 13, 1905 in Cumberland, RI she was a daughter of the late George and Bessie Mae (Ridgway) Hesford.

    Mrs. Fiske has been a resident of North Attleborough for over 50 years, previously living in Attleboro for 14 years and growing up in Cumberland, RI.

    She was employed by Hayward Sweet Company in East Providence for eight years before her retirement at the age of 77.

    Mrs. Fiske was a volunteer at Sturdy Hospital for 5 years, a member of Order of Eastern Star for 45 years and a member of the First United Methodist Church , North Attleborough for 65 years.

    She is survived by a son Edward Fiske of Plainville, three grandchildren, David Fiske of Norton, Mark Fiske of Attleboro and Karen Fiske of Plainville and also 5 great grandchildren.

    A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 29, 2004 in the First United Methodist Church, Hoppin Hill at 10 a.m.. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

    Visitation will be held in the SPERRY & McHOUL FUNERAL HOME on Sunday, November 28, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
