Louis Joseph Pisani Sr., 80, a native of St. Mary Parish and resident of Bayou Blue, died at 9:09 p.m. Thursday,Feb. 12,2009.No services are scheduled.He is survived by his wife,Marie Pisani; eight daughters,Delilah Pisani,Sally Pisani,Patricia Kraemer,Susie Dailey,Dora Cope,Lois Ledet, Penney Bergeron and Laurie Duplantis;three sons,John Jr.,Clarence and Randy Bergeron;three brothers,Edward Melancon,Chester and Kenneth East;four sisters,Shirley Hebert,Bonnie,Eldora and Vickie Kell;38 grandchildren;and 23 great-grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his father, Andrew Pisani;his mother,Eva Couteau Melancon;two sons,Louis Jr. and Tony Pisani;three brothers, Horace,Norris and Billy Pisani;and one sister,Evelyn Melancon.Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
