    Joey Paul Hebert, 28, a native of Morgan City, a former resident of Baton Rouge, and a current resident of Patterson passed away, Sunday, November 27, 2011 at his residence. Joey is survived by his father, Stephen ?Buster? Hebert and his life partner, Mark Seibert of Morgan City; his mother, Judy Lanoux and her husband, Curtis Lanoux Jr. of Baton Rouge; his brothers, Drue Michael Hebert and his wife, Heather, of Baton Rouge, and Andrew Thomas Hebert, and brother and godchild, Matthew Joseph Lanoux also of Baton Rouge; niece and godchild, Machelle Sims; niece, Hayley Hebert both of Baton Rouge; his grandparents, Shirley Hebert Zander and Chuck Zander of Morgan City, Gerald and Bell Chassion of Bayou Vista, EJ and Alberta Aucoin of Patterson, Curtis and Helen Lanoux Sr. of Baker. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Valarie Hebert Jr. Joey was a Hard Core LSU fan. Purple and gold were his favorite color as it showed his Tiger pride. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and generally being outdoors. He was an extremely intelligent individual who could take electronics apart and place them back together again. Joey also used his abilities to engineer and design prototype chillers for industrial factories. He would often send his family pictures of the prototypes he would build, with comments of what he?d accomplished. Joey was also a family man, he loved his family immensely and enjoyed nothing more than spending time with them. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. The family requests that visitation be observed Friday December 2, 2011 from 6 pm to 10 pm at Hargrave Funeral Home. Visitation will resume Saturday December 3, 2011 at Hargrave Funeral Home beginning at 9 am until services. Funeral Services for Joey will be held in the Hargrave Funeral Home Chapel at 11 am , with graveside services following in the Morgan City Mausoleum.

    Joey's family would like to invite everyone to a reception honoring Joey's life ,following services, to be held at Cornerstone Fellowship Hall 510 2nd St. Morgan City, La.
