    GARDNER -- Dorice M. ?Gram? (Richard) Adams, 81, of 223 Ash St., Gardner, died Monday, Nov. 6 in her residence.
    Born in St. Paul, NB, Canada on Feb. 19, 1925, she was the daughter of Antoine and Exelda (Maillet) Richard.

    Dorice was a clerk employed by Digital Manufacturing of Westminster for 21 years, until her retirement in 1991. She previously was employed by Modern Contract in Gardner.

    She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Gardner. Mrs. Adams loved her grandchildren, and enjoyed spending time with them. Her favorite pastimes were sewing, knitting and jigsaw puzzles.

    She leaves two sons, Thomas E. Adams and his wife, Denise, of Baldwinville, and James E. Adams and his wife, Melinda, of Gardner; a brother, Arcade Richard and his wife, Claire, of Leominster; three sisters, Sister Alice Richard of the Sisters of the Providence of Montreal, Canada, Herminie LeBlanc of Leominster and Mae Bourgeois and her husband Roger of Grande Dique, NB, Canada; a sister-in-law, Alice Richard of Templeton; three grandchildren, Neil W. and Dale S. Adams of Gardner, and Hannah L. Adams of Baldwinville; an aunt, Madeleine LeBlanc of Dieppe, NB, Canada; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

    Her husband of 46 years, Robert Adams died in 2004.

    Mrs. Adams was also predeceased by a brother, Noel Richard and a sister, Laura Goyette.

    ADAMS -- Funeral services will be held Thursday, Nov. 9 from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 166 Cross St., Gardner. Burial will be in St. John?s Cemetery, Gardner. Calling hours at the funeral home are Wednesday, Nov. 8 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Gardner Visiting Nurse Association, 34 Pearly Lane, Gardner, MA 01440
