    • Michel Boudeaux was a farmer from France He arrived in Port Royal Nova Scotia in 1642. Worked himself up to a lieutenant general and a Judge at port Royal. Sons of Michel Boudreaux settled in Pisiquit, Beaubassin, Gran Pre. By 1766 3 families were in Louisiana. Two Settled in first in St James (Acadian Coast). Oliver, Michael?s great grandson, and other was Joseph Boudreaux. Another family was lead by Jean Boudrot, great grandson of Michael.
