- Anne Surette, the daughter of Pierre Surette and Catherine Breau, was born about 1733, probably in Missaguash Creek, near Amherst, NS. Her parents were married at St-Charles-aux-Mines parish in 1732. Following their marriage they moved to Missaguash Creek with Joseph, Paul and Honore Surette. In 1752, Pierre and Catherine were living with their family in Petitcodiac, New Brunswick. Anne married Dominique Pother in 1753, in Petitcodiac. They had the following children:
