Notes - JOSEPH C. O'NEILL Joseph C. O'Neill 72 formerly of Bayonne; passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 21st, at Care One at Jackson Hospice with his loving family by his side. Joseph was born in Jersey City and was a resident of Bayonne for many years before moving to Manchester NJ. He was a retired Teamster for the New Penn Motors and Trucking Corporation in South Kearney NJ. For over 35 years. Proudly served his country in the US Army from 1966 to 1968. Joseph was an avid Mets and Jets fan. Devoted Son of the late Cyril O'Neill and Helen (Meegan) O'Neill. Beloved father of Matthew J. O'Neill and his wife Susan, Brian J. O'Neill and his wife Bridget and Sean C. O'Neill. Cherished grandfather of Annie O'Neill, Sheila O'Neill, Morgan O'Neill, Kevin O'Neill and Dominic O'Neill. Loving brother of Maureen Larson, Carol Kafer and Suzanne O'Neill also survived by several niece and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing at the G. Keenen O'Brien Funeral Home 984 Avenue C Bayonne, NJ 07002 on Tuesday July 24, 2018 from 6-9 PM. Family will gather at the funeral home on Wednesday July 25, 2018 at 9:30AM and proceeds to Rosehill Crematory in Linden NJ.
