- Died at her residence in Plaquemine Saturday, July 4, 1959 at 7 a.m. at the age of 57. A native of Morganza, she was a member of the Catholic Church. Survived by her husband, George M. LeMay, Plaquemine; 2 sons George LeMay, Jr. and Carl LeMay both of Plaquemine; 6 daughters, Miss Frances LeMay, Miss June LeMay and Mrs. Curtis Grant, all of Plaquemine, Mrs. Julian Langlois, and Mrs. Roland Ourso, both of Baton Rouge, and Mrs. John Miller, Addis; 3 sisters, Mrs. Nilah Shirley of Cabot, Ark., Mrs. Norbert Bouquet, of New Orleans, and Mrs. Frank Serio of Morganza; a brother, William Carmouche of Morganza. Other survivors include 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. The body is to be at Wilbert's Funeral Home in Plaquemine until 3:15 p.m. Sunday. Services at St. John Catholic Church in Plaquemine at 3:30 p.m. Interment in Grace Memorial Park.
