- OBITUARY FOR DOREEN GAUDET
(1926 ? 2018)
At the Foyer Assomption of Rogersville, on Thursday, November 29th, 2018, passed away at the age of 92, Doreen Gaudet, wife of late Calixte Gaudet. Born in Rogersville, on March 7th, 1926, she was the daughter of the late William Herrell and of the late Elodie (LeBlanc) Herrell.
She is survived by her children: Patsy Arseneault (late Eloie) Rogersville, Gordon Gaudet (Bev) Edmonton Alb, Danny Gaudet (Francine) Rogersville, Ronnie Gaudet (Leslie) Kingston Ont, Ricky Gaudet, Lloyd Gaudet (Lynn) and Joanne Gaudet (Mark) all three from Rogersville; 10 grandchildren: Sandra, Shaun, Chris, Mathew, Robert, Stephanie, Renée, Christian, Jocelyne and Guylaine; four great-grandchildren as well as several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by one son, Alvin; two brothers: Elworth and Elmer Herrell; two sisters: Bertha Aucoin and Gladys Richard.
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at the salon ?La Colombe? in Rogersville, on Tuesday, December 4th, at 7pm. The funeral service will be held at the St?François?de?Sales Roman Catholic Church in Rogersville, on the Wednesday. December 5th, at 11am. Visiting hours: Tuesday, December 4th from 7pm to 9pm and Wednesday, December 5th from 9:30am until the departure for the funerals.
She was a member of the Ladies of auxiliary and Le movement des femmes Chrétienne of Rogersville.
In memory of Mrs Gaudet, a donations can be made to the foyer Assomption (palliative care unit) will be appreciate.
