Services for Robert W. "Bob" Champion, 89, of Huntington, Texas were held August 9, 1990 in the Oakley-Metcalf Chapel with burial in the Huntington Cemetery.

Mr. Champion was born Jan. 26, 1901 in Morton, Miss. and died at his residence on August 7, 1990.

Mr. Champion had lived in Huntington for 30 years. He and his wife Mollie would have celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary in Oct. 1990. He was a farmer and a member of Huntington Church of Christ.
